A mid-range boutique hotel with 12 rooms and a school restaurant designed to guarantee guests a unique atmosphere of hospitality, comfort and safety.
Bar / Terrace & Restaurant
The development has a bar and terrace with panoramic views where customers can enjoy a beer garden, tapas, cocktails, light dishes such as hamburgers, crepes, fries, waffles, spareribs, children's dishes, teas, coffee, ice cream, sugar-free ice cream, sorbets, natural juices, smoothies, etc. smoothies, etc.
Passarinha Restaurant
In the Ground floor you find a large and majestic restaurant called Passarinha, equipped with water fountain and cascade, appropriate for superior restaurant services and events realization.
- Open daily, Monday to Saturday: 8:00am - 11:00pm. Sunday: On Demand Only. The Guests who wish to have restaurant’s serviçes on Sundays should make his reservation by Saturday Noon.
Maria Júlia
Maria Júlia, the development's promoter, came up with the idea of creating the Boutique as a way of contributing to the country's development, bringing her diverse experience to the market, providing a unique offer that combines nature, simplicity, elegance and comfort with quality services. The hotel was designed to enhance the culture, tradition, gastronomy and economy of Cape Verde, providing an exclusive and personalized experience for those visiting the island of Santiago, as well as its residents.
Maria Júlia's vision for the Boutique Hotel is to create a haven where guests can escape from the daily routine and feel truly welcomed. She has dedicated herself to creating an atmosphere where every detail matters, from the design of the rooms to the service she intends to provide.
In addition to the Chez Maria Julia venture, the promoter is the owner and producer of the television cooking show "Na cozinha Ku Maria Julia", focused on rescuing, enhancing and preserving Cape Verdean cuisine.
