Chez Maria Julia-Boutique Hotel is a distinctive space whose main characteristics are elegance, harmony, convenience, comfort, safety, provided by its design, its location, the experience of its promotor, its complementary services and the price it offers.
It is an ecological and sustainable project, from its conception to its construction phase, and will continue throughout its operation.
The Chez Maria Julia project was a real school, an advanced example of training and social integration.
The project has always sought to prioritize the use of local resources, both human and material, providing an opportunity for learning and training for different categories of workers and professionals who have participated in its design or implementation, as well as being an exemplary case of making the most of local materials.
Whenever possible, local solutions were sought for the different challenges faced by the project, sometimes finding solutions that exceeded the expectations of the professionals involved.
Thus, the project’s sustainability policy goes beyond promoting renewable energies, saving water and protecting the environment.
The project has resolutely weathered the Covid-19 period and the effects of the subsequent crisis, as well as the war in Ukraine, while maintaining its initial objective of providing a unique experience for its customers and the market, through its different components, namely training, the herb garden and the ecological mini-market, which will be made available at a later stage.
